The Supreme Court has directed the Krishi Utpadan Mandi Parishad to reconsider a bidder’s technical bid while setting aside the Parishad’s rejection order, which was based on the ground that the bidder’s certificate was not issued by the District Magistrate. The Apex Court reaffirmed that the terms of a Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) must be clear and unambiguous.
