Reacting to the acquittal of seven accused in the Malegaon blast verdict, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis posted on X, "Terrorism was never, is not and will never be saffron." The court had said in its verdict there was no proof that accused Lt Colonel Purohit assembled the bomb or Pragya Thakur owned the bike allegedly used for blast.
