Leaders of the banned Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD), led by Mumbai attacks mastermind Hafiz Saeed, have claimed the group played a role in last year's protests in Bangladesh that led to PM Sheikh Hasina's ouster. "We've taken the revenge of 1971," JuD terrorist Saifullah Kasuri said. "We defeated you in Bangladesh last year," terrorist Muzammil Hashmi stated, referring to the Indian leadership.
