A terrorist was killed and an army personnel was injured during an encounter between security forces and terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam district on Monday. "Vigilant troops observed suspicious activity and upon being challenged, terrorists opened fire, prompting a fierce exchange of gunfire," Chinar Corps said. A joint operation was launched by Indian Army, J&K Police and CRPF.
