Jaish-e-Mohammed founder Masood Azhar, who masterminded the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, has been spotted in Gilgit-Baltistan in Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir (PoK), India Today reported. Azhar was recently seen in Skardu, over 1,000 km away from his Bahawalpur stronghold, the report said. Pakistan's ex-Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto recently said Pakistan isn't opposed to handing him over to India.
