Elon Musk-owned Tesla leased warehousing space in Mumbai's Kurla area for a five-year period at a total rent of ₹24.38 crore, CRE Matrix reported citing property registration documents. The space has combined carpet area of over 18,000 sqft and Tesla is expected to use it as a service centre. Tesla has already leased showroom spaces in Mumbai's BKC and Delhi-NCR.
