Former Jammu and Kashmir CM and National Conference (NC) President Farooq Abdullah welcomed the ceasefire between Israel and Iran. "I am thankful to the Almighty if there is indeed a ceasefire; it is good. Innocent people were being killed," he said. He further said that the war would have impacted the economy of the whole of the world.
