Foreign Minister S Jaishankar has said there are three issues between India and US. The first he said is trade, adding that negotiations are still going on. "The second issue, in a way, is being presented as the oil issue," he said about US imposing tariff on India for trading with Russia. The third issue he said was about mediation.
