The Supreme Court held that if a will is a registered document, there is a presumption regarding genuineness thereof. The Court was hearing appeals arising out of rival claims of the legal representatives of the deceased over a chunk of land admeasuring 4 acres and 16 guntas located at village Dasnapur.
