Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu remarked there shall be no Palestinian state while attending a ceremony in Maale Adumim, settlement east of Jerusalem, where he signed an agreement to expand West Bank E1 settlement project. It involves constructing 3,400 homes across 12 square kilometres of land claimed by Palestinians for statehood. Many countries will formally recognise Palestine at UN this month.
