BJP MLA Aravind Bellad has criticised the Congress-led Karnataka government over its report blaming RCB's invite to the public for the stampede during the June 4 victory parade that claimed 11 lives. Bellad said the government wanted to take credit after RCB's IPL victory after 18 years, but has now started blaming them and Virat Kohli for the stampede.
