A thief was paraded with a garland of shoes on the streets and was also made to sit on the bonnet of a moving police vehicle after he was caught in Jammu on Tuesday. The thief was caught after a man, who was earlier robbed of ₹40,000 while buying medicines, identified him and confronted him.
