NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has warned India, China and Brazil for doing business with Russia, saying, "This might hit you very hard." Rutte had said the three countries could be hit by secondary sanctions. "So please make the phone call to Vladimir Putin and tell him that he has to get serious about peace talks [with Ukraine]," Rutte said.
