After at least 11 people died in the stampede, which occurred outside Chinnaswamy Stadium during RCB's victory celebrations in Bengaluru, ex-IPL Chairman Lalit Modi said that IPL 2025 victory will haunt RCB and its players forever. "The value of life and the well-being of fans has to be paramount. But it seems no one seems to care," Modi added.
