Defence Minister Rajnath Singh issued a statement after a car blast near Red Fort in Delhi claimed lives of at least 12 people. "Those responsible for this tragedy will be brought to justice and will not be spared under any circumstances," said Rajnath at the 'Delhi Defence Dialogue'. He assured that country's leading investigative agencies are conducting a thorough inquiry.
