The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Wednesday claimed those who cannot even write their name were given jobs in exchange of land deals by ex-Railways Minister Lalu Yadav in 'land-for-jobs' scam. "Signatures, transfer certificates and mark-sheets were all forged," the CBI stated. The agency added land parcels were sold to Lalu's family at upto 60% cheaper rate than market.
