Thyrocare Technologies Limited announced a 2:1 bonus issue of equity shares with a face value of ₹10, capitalising approximately ₹106.11 crore from reserves. Around 10,61,07,794 new shares will be issued, increasing total capital from 5,30,53,897 to 15,91,61,691 shares. The Board also declared an interim dividend of ₹7 per share; the record date is October 24.
