Amid chaos over flight cancellations by IndiGo, flight fares have soared multifold as passengers stranded due to cancellations struggled with last-minute bookings with other airlines. Between Delhi and Mumbai, one of the busiest routes across the world, return flights now cost nearly ₹60,000 in the economy category. For one-way travel, it quotes a fare of around ₹35,000, a picture showed.
