Sheetal Gujar, SDRF-ASP and nodal officer for State Emergency Operation Centre (SEOC), said rescue personnel played a significant role in evacuating people trapped inside doctors' hostel building into which the Air India plane had crashed. "Many suffered burns on their hands and feet, but to rescue them, we tied our hands with wet cloth to lift their bodies," Gujar added.
