A tigress and her four cubs were found dead in Karnataka's Male Mahadeshwara Hills on Thursday, officials said. State Forest Minister Eshwar Khandre expressed sorrow over the incident and immediately ordered an investigation into the "unnatural death", suspected to have occurred due to poisoning. The investigation will be led by a team under the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF).
