Tilaknagar Industries Ltd (TI) will acquire Pernod Ricard India's Imperial Blue whisky business for €412.6 million (around ₹4,150 crore), including deferred payment. Imperial Blue, India's third-largest whisky sold 22.4 million cases last year. This acquisition significantly boosts TI's whisky portfolio, projected to reach 34 million cases and is largest Indian alco-bev deal, pending CCI approval.
