Ukraine's former Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said there's a need to welcome migrants from India, Bangladesh and other Southeast Asian countries as Ukrainians are migrating to other countries. "They will come to us with pleasure," he added. "We have a lot of elderly people...We won't have anything good in terms of demography," Kuleba emphasised.
