Timex Group India Ltd promoter Timex Group Luxury Watches BV, Netherlands, will offload up to 15% stake worth ₹132 crore, via offer for sale (OFS). The Dutch promoter currently owns 74.93% stake in the Indian entity. The floor price for OFS shall be ₹175 per equity share, which is 33% lower than Tuesday's closing price of ₹264.20.
