Titan Company Ltd, via Titan Holdings International FZCO, will acquire 67% of Damas LLC for AED 1,038 million (₹2,350 crore), expanding across GCC. The deal, funded via debt, cash, and accruals, includes an option to buy the remaining 33% post-Dec 2029. Damas, with 146 stores, will cease its Graff Monobrand Franchisee before closure.
