Trinamool Congress State General Secretary Kunal Ghosh has filed a defamation case against father of RG Kar rape-murder victim “Abhaya”. Abhaya's father will have to appear in court on September 11. After 'Nabanna campaign' August 9, Abhaya's father had told media, "CBI has ruined the investigation by taking money. State government gave money. Kunal Ghosh has settled matters with CGO."
