Senior DMK leader and Tamil Nadu Minister Durai Murugan dismissed the proposition of Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in the state. "Tamil Nadu is not Bihar. It's a state where people are aware. The governance there is not like here...such tricks will not work in Tamil Nadu," he said, drawing a comparison with the recent SIR exercise in Bihar.
