Tiruvallur Government Medical College Hospital in Tamil Nadu recently sent the body of a Tamil Nadu agricultural labourer to Bihar after mistaking it for the body of a Bihar worker. Tamil Nadu worker's family found this after they went to hospital to take his body. Later, hospital staff called back the ambulance by which the body was sent to Bihar.
