A Special POCSO court in Delhi rejected a 500-page bail plea on the grounds that it was "bulky" and "voluminous" in nature. "It's going to consume precious judicial time to go through the same," it stated while hearing a case lodged against a man in 2024. The court also advised lawyer of accused to file a more concise bail application.
