Election Commission (EC) said it has taken 28 initiatives in last 6 months to strengthen the electoral system, like purifying electoral rolls and easing voter experience. EC called Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voters' list in Bihar a key reform. It said SIR would ensure that no eligible voter is left out and no ineligible names remain on the rolls.
