India's top five IT companies will hire as many as 88,000 freshers in the current financial year. Tata Consultancy Services has announced plans to hire 40,000 employees, whereas HCLTech and Wipro said they will hire 10,000 and 10,000-12,000 freshers, respectively. Some IT companies hired fewer freshers last fiscal year and delayed fresher onboarding after their clients cut back on spending.
