TRAI has mandated all DPOs—including DTH, MSOs, HITS, and IPTV operators—to submit monthly and quarterly performance monitoring reports. Monthly reports are due within 10 days of each month’s end, and quarterly ones within 15 days of each quarter’s end. Operators with under 30,000 subscribers are exempt from filing quarterly reports. The directive was issued under the TRAI Act, 1997.
