The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has issued its response to a back-reference from the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) regarding spectrum allocation for Public Mobile Radio Trunking Service (PMRTS). Originally recommended in 2018, TRAI has now revisited its stance after DoT sought reconsideration on certain points. The updated response is available on TRAI's website.
