Sushil, a passenger who was inside Mumbai monorail train which broke down due to a power snag leaving passengers stranded on Tuesday, said the train was overcrowded and a man fainted in front of him. "The rescue operation started after one hour. There was no emergency exit," he stated. Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis has ordered a probe into the incident.
