Transgender individuals have accused transgender persons, including Naeem Ansari and Seema Haji, of forced conversion to Islam and intentionally infecting them with HIV through contaminated syringes if they refused. A victim's lawyer said that around 60 fell ill after being infected, with 12 undergoing treatment. An SIT probe has been launched into the allegations.
