Lifts and escalators on the Panchkula side of Chandigarh Railway Station have remained non-functional for months, forcing citizens to file a grievance on CPGRAM. “Escalators/lifts are not available to those going to platform No. 5,” said a senior citizen Suresh Aggarwal. The complaint, acknowledged September 29, now awaits action by Executive Director (Public Grievances) Ratnesh Kumar Jha.
