The Madhya Pradesh High Court overturned a trial court's order convicting a POCSO-accused of 20 years of rigorous imprisonment. The bench observed that the lower court had committed several irregularities in the judgement. "Despite regular training in the Madhya Pradesh State Judicial Academy, learned trial courts are consistently failing to perform their duties as a judge," the bench said.
