Scientists at the Institut Pasteur and Inserm developed a triple-drug therapy that forces leukemia cells into necroptosis, a cell-death process that activates the immune system. In preclinical models, this approach completely eliminated leukemia. The findings offer a promising new immunotherapy strategy for B-cell leukemias and lymphomas.
