Tripura Assembly Speaker Biswa Bandhu Sen (72) suffered an internal brain haemorrhage on August 8, his family said. Sen fell unconscious before boarding a train at the Badharghat Railway Station in Agartala. The BJP MLA was first taken to Tripura Medical College and later to a private hospital. He would further be taken to Bengaluru for treatment, his daughter said.
