Tripura CM Manik Saha said the state will strictly implement the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, allowing only those who entered India by Dec 31, 2014. A Special Task Force has been formed to curb infiltration. The move comes amid tensions with ally Tipra Motha, which wants a 1971 cut-off as per the Indira-Mujib Accord.
