Former Pakistan ambassador to the US, Husain Haqqani, said US President Donald Trump "wants to annoy" India and see "if this will make them talk to him and accept his term". Haqqani said Trump is "playing the Pakistan card" to try and do the same and to gain advantage with India. India and US are engaged in trade deal negotiations.
