Portuguese President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa hit out at US President Donald Trump, saying, "The top leader of the world's greatest superpower is, objectively, a Soviet, or Russian, asset." Sousa said Trump was negotiating with only one team about the Russia-Ukraine war, and that Ukraine and EU leaders had to "push their way in" for talks in Washington.
