US President Donald Trump asked PM Narendra Modi to make a stop in US while returning from G7 Summit in Canada, the Ministry of External Affairs said. However, PM Modi was unable to accept the invitation due to his pre-existing schedule. Trump and PM Modi were scheduled to meet at the summit, however, the US President had to leave early.
