US President Donald Trump signed a proclamation to suspend international visas for new students at Harvard University. Trump said he has restricted entry of foreign nationals seeking to enter US "solely or principally" to attend Harvard courses. His government earlier ordered all its consular missions overseas to begin additional vetting of visa applicants looking to travel to Harvard University.
