Iranian state media has said that US President Donald Trump requested the ceasefire between Iran and Israel "in a begging-like manner" shortly after Iran's strikes on US' Al Udeid base in Qatar. Trump announced a "complete and total" ceasefire between the two countries, however his claim was rejected by Iran. Israel claimed Iran launched missiles after Trump's announcement.
