US President Donald Trump said that billionaire financier George Soros and his son should be charged under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organisations (RICO) Act. "Soros, and his group of psychopaths, have caused great damage to our country...Be careful, we're watching you," wrote Trump. RICO Act is used to target organised crime activities like illegal gambling and racketeering.
