US President Donald Trump's effigy was paraded during Nagpur's Marbat festival. The effigy was carrying banners criticising Trump's policies, including recent decision to impose 50% tariffs on India. "Those who try to intimidate us with tariffs, India's strength will make them weep," a banner read. The effigies are later burnt or immersed symbolising destruction of evil and triumph of good.
