US President Donald Trump has announced that he is increasing the tariff on India from current 25% to 50%. Trump had earlier said that he would raise the tariff over India purchasing oil from Russia. India earlier said, "The very nations criticising India are themselves indulging in trade with Russia...The targeting of India is unjustified and unreasonable."
