Marking the anniversary of the Kabul bombing that killed 13 US service members at the end of the Afghanistan War, US President Donald Trump honoured the fallen and criticised Joe Biden's actions as "embarrassing". Surrounded by victims' families, Trump decried Biden for allegedly allowing the attack to happen. Trump ordered a new Defence Department review of the US troop withdrawal.
