US President Donald Trump on Friday signed an executive order offering tariff exemptions on some goods to nations who have signed trade deals with US, with White House releasing a list. Trump exempted graphite, tungsten, uranium, gold bullion and other metals. The order said, "These modifications are necessary and appropriate to deal with the national emergency."
