US President Donald Trump's administration is planning to help Iran access as much as $30 billion (over ₹2.5 lakh crore) to build a civilian-energy-producing nuclear program, a CNN report said. US is also planning to ease sanctions and release billions of dollars in restricted Iranian funds as part of an attempt to bring Iran back to negotiating table, it added.
